Courier Pickup Form

NZ Accounting use PBT to move our client's accounting records from your location to our central processing centre in the Waikato. Please complete the following form to organise a pick up from your location.

Please note:

By using this service you are accepting PBT's conditions of carriage.
All pick ups confirmed after 2.00pm will be picked up on the next working day (unless pre-ordered).
Before 'Continuing' your request, please ensure all details are correct and complete.
Freight must be correctly addressed and ready for collection at the indicated time and designated pick-up point.

You will receive a confirmation email with a reference number that confirms your pick up. If this does not arrive within four working hours call us urgently on 0800 000 674
